1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using QuranicConnect, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Service Description

QuranicConnect is a Quran study and community app that provides:

• Quran reading with audio recitation by multiple reciters
• Reading progress tracking, streaks, and hasanat gamification
• Private study circles (groups) with chat and voice rooms
• Teaching marketplace connecting students with qualified Quran teachers
• Seasonal features including Ramadan Khatm Challenge and daily Adhkar

3. Account Registration

• You may use QuranicConnect as a guest or create an account with name, email, and password.
• You must be 18 years or older to create a study group.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Post offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content in groups or chat
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your qualifications as a teacher
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the service

5. Content & Intellectual Property

Quran text and translations are sourced from publicly available Islamic resources. Audio recitations are provided by everyayah.com. The QuranicConnect app design, code, and branding are proprietary.

6. Teaching Marketplace

• Teachers must submit accurate qualifications and undergo approval before being listed.
• QuranicConnect facilitates connections between teachers and students but is not a party to teaching agreements.
• Teaching fees are as listed: Ages 3-6 ($30/mo), Ages 7-10 ($50/mo), Ages 11-14 ($60/mo), Adults 15+ ($80/mo).
• Teachers receive 60% of fees; QuranicConnect retains 40% as a platform fee.
• First session is free for all new students.

7. Disclaimers

• QuranicConnect is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the app will be error-free.
• Reading progress tracking is approximate and based on user interaction.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuranicConnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States.
